    The Miyabi 4000FC Sujihiki 24cm is the perfect knife for the preparation of fish and meat; thanks to its moderate flexibility it can also be employed as a filleting knife.

    The blade in FC61 ice-hardened steel is sharpened by the Honbazuke method, the same method used for sharpening Katanas. The knife can be handled by the right and the left-handed thanks to its symmetrical bevel.

    The octagonal handle is crafted from Pakka stabilized wood with a mosaic pin in the middle.

    The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
