    The Miyabi 5000FC-D Sujihiki 24cm can be used for the preparation of meat and fish; its average flexibility makes it perfect for every occasion.

    The 5000FC-D series is a surprising blend of good crafting skills and refined design. The blade in Damascus steel is made of 49 layers with an approximate hardness of 61HRC.

    The knife has been sharpened with the Honbazuke technique, the same used for sharpening Katanas.

    The core layer of the blade has been crafted from FC61 steel.

    The handle is made of stabilized Pakka wood, handcrafted to obtain a perfect balance for every knife.

    The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
