The Obika Kaji series consists of 55 layers of damascus steel with a copper layer. Red resin handle with carbon fiber stripes.
Please note: If you are a professional cook, this model is not suitable for use in professional kitchens.
Copper, by its nature, can oxidize and can create problems under HACCP controls, just as it does with high-carbon knives.
The products have been tested by both us and the manufacturer and have not shown any critical issues, but it is important to know that, by law, they cannot be used in professional settings.
