Washi Kengata 25cm Black


    The Washi Kengata 25cm Carbon is designed for cutting meat as well as for mincing vegetables. The hammering on the blade creates a cushion of air between the blade and the slice that will allow the food to easily come off.

    The blade is made of 3 layers of San-Mai stainless steel with Aus-8 core, while the handle is produced with carbon fiber scales embedded in resin.

    It comes with an elegant cardboard box and a useful wooden sheath to protect the blade.

    The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
