In the KURO series, all blades are made of Sandwich steel with an outer 32-layered damascus and an inner blade of AUS-8 steel with a resulting hardness of 58 HRC. The blade is then hammered to ensure that nothing can stick to it.
Super hard and durable, the handles are made of magnolia wood laminate with octagonal shape.
Kasumi knives are made by the Sumikama cutlery, a Japanese company based in Seki that produces the highest quality knives for the best chefs in the world.
