    The Miyabi 4000FC Gyutoh 20cm is the most versatile knife of this series; its long, high blade can be the perfect ally in the preparation of meat, fish and vegetables.

    The blade in FC61 ice-hardened steel is sharpened by the Honbazuke method, the same method used for sharpening Katanas.

    The octagonal handle is crafted from Pakka stabilized wood with a mosaic pin in the middle.

    The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
