Miyabi 4000FC Santoku 18cm


    The Miyabi 4000FC Santoku 18cm features a traditional Japanese design, it is conceived for the preparation of vegetables but it proves versatile thanks to its tapered tip.

    The blade in FC61 ice-hardened steel is sharpened with the Honbazuke method, the same method used for sharpening Katanas.

    The octagonal handle is crafted from Pakka stabilized wood with a mosaic pin in the middle.

    The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
