Kasumi Damascus Santoku 18cm


    The Kasumi Damascus Santoku 18cm is the classic Japanese model. It features a good versatility that makes it ideal to work on vegetables and meat.

    The tip gently slopes down to make chopping or mincing vegetables an easier task, but is equally ideal to work on meat and fish.

    The Damascus Kasumi series is forged with 32 layers of steel; the evenly ground edge is crafted in VG-10 steel, with a high carbon content, to obtain a superior hardness. The handle is obtained from Pakka wood.

    The knife is hand-sharpened and provided with a custom engraving FOR FREE.
